TriMet Clackamas Parking Garage

HSW completed this parking garage and transit center at the edge of the Clackamas Town Center retail destination utilizing a design-build delivery system. The 318,904 sf garage is mainly used for patrons of public transportation, either the TriMet bus lines or the MAX lightrail, both of which are accessible directly from the garage.  The four floor post-tension concrete structure has 836 automobile stalls as well as 18 bus holding spaces on the ground floor. The ground floor also features a community policing center. Two break rooms and lounges for the TriMet and MAX personnel are on different floors. Our team self performed over $10M of the concrete work on this project.
