Vallejo Station Parking Garage

The Vallejo Station Parking Garage is part of an intermodal transportation facility that provides 750 parking stalls. A ground-up, 277,000 sf post-tension structure includes two below- and one above-grade parking decks. Exterior design features include brick stone veneer and pre-cast concrete facade. Other scope includes: two elevators; main precast staircase with stainless steel and glass handrail; glass canopy; upper deck and plaza landscaping; video surveillance system; mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems; plus complete site and street improvements with traffic signals.

We modeled the entire project using BIM to clearly visualize utilities and foundation locations to coordinate with the MEP team to resolve spatial conflicts of different work scopes.
