Vision Plaza

One of the first office condominium projects in Bend is Vision Plaza. This structure includes 30,000 sf of class “A” office space with anodized aluminum curtainwalls, a custom steel staircase, zinc siding panels and contemporary interior finishes such as solid marble stair treads, marble and porcelain restroom tiles and spiral glass chandeliers.  Also included is 15,000 sf of underground parking. Along with all of these features, Green Building features such as the low V.O.C interior finishes and high efficiency HVAC systems were included.
