Washington Square Mall

This project included renovation and expansion work completed in an occupied mall. 
Howard S. Wright completed the Washington Square Expansion and Renovation in two phases. The first phase included a 200,000 sf parking structure that provides space for over 500 vehicles and attaches to the mall via two sky bridges. The second phase of this project added 100,000 sf of retail space and an additional parking garage. The two-level retail addition features 30 new shops, some with individual exterior facades and entrances that make the mall more inviting to shoppers.  A two level parking deck increased parking availability. This expansion was completed ahead of schedule and in time for holiday shopping season.
