Water Bottling Plant World Headquarters

Set on a 30-acre site, this water bottling manufacturing and distribution plant features 605,769 sf of total space in one building. The shell consisted of 40-foot high concrete tilt-up walls, stone veneer, structural-steel roof framing and tempered and spandrel glass. The interior build-out housed 500,000 sf of office, warehouse and manufacturing space on the ground floor, 11,176 sf of administrative space on the second floor, with an additional 94,593 sf mezzanine. Site work for the project included excavation work, extensive landscaping and desert hardscape, an eight-foot high concrete block screen wall, and more than 413,000 sf of pavement and parking stalls for 378 vehicles. A receiving dock service area included an automatic truck entry gate, detention basin, ESFR pump house, ADA ramps, loading area, ramps, and freight elevators.
