Wright’s Special Projects Group was recently awarded a 23,400 sf, full floor tenant improvement project for Law Firm, Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP (CVK) located in the Pioneer Tower of downtown Portland. The tenant improvement project includes an upgraded finishes package with detailed casework/millwork and high-end custom paneling. Additional components include demolition, new flooring, window coverings, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers and electrical work.
