Howard S. Wright’s Special Projects Group has been invited to complete the seismic retrofit and renovation for Springboard Innovation’s Hatch project in Portland, OR. Hatch is a community innovation center that will foster collaboration, social services and entrepreneurship. Howard S. Wright will remodel the 50,000 sf building at 228 NE Broadway on Portland’s Eastside to include a bank, kitchen and office space. The 1920’s building will also receive exterior improvements.
