City of Eugene Police Headquarters Facility

Howard S. Wright has been selected as the CM/GC for the conversion of a 65,000 sf, 2-story office building into the City of Eugene’s new Police Headquarters Facility. The existing building, located at 300 Country Club Road, sits on top of 30,000 sf of covered parking which will remain. Our team will provide structural and non-structural seismic upgrades, tenant improvements and a major renovation or replacement of the HVAC system and controls. In addition, we will complete site improvements to the four-acre property to meet the Eugene Police Department’s functional and security requirements.
