Howard S. Wright’s Medical Group has been selected as the CM/GC for the construction of a 20,000 sf medical and dental facility for La Clínica del Cariño Family Healthcare Center in The Dalles, Oregon.

The 2-story, wood-framed structure will be clad with a combination of brick and metal siding. A development in a rural area, this new facility will sit on approximately 1.2 acres of prime commercial real estate and include community education rooms and a pharmacy. Additional site work will include a 76-space parking lot, landscaping, storm water treatment swales and a pedestrian plaza.

The proposed LEED Silver facility will include solar panels, high efficiency HVAC, abundant daylighting and on-site storm water treatment.
